Flax Seed Brown is grown in Western Canada. The seeds are shiny, oval-shaped and brown color. This seed contains a complete protein and is high in unsaturated fatty acids (Omega 3), phosphorus, iron, and niacin. APPLICATION:Â Flax seeds can be eaten in a number of ways. It adds a nutty flavor to breads, bagels, muffins or granola products.
