This product is produced from milling the whole Golden Flax Seed into a fine meal. This flax meal (powder) provides a pleasant, nutty flavor and tender texture to the products.

APPLICATION:Â Golden flax meal can be added to almost any baked products such as bread, muffin, bagel and pancake.
If the ground meal composes 6-8% of the dry components in the recipes, it will add a pleasant, nutty flavor to the finished products. In case you want to increase the percentage of the ground meal, you can reduce the amount of vegetable oil in the recipe or totally neglect it. Other application such as breakfast drinks (one heaping tablespoon in one cup of any fruit juice), salad toppings, and fiber bars.
